Very good to see no parents dropping off in front of school, but depressing to see massive greggs lorry come down residential road in front of school to then try and turn right onto right into another residential road. It couldnt manage the turn, so then had to reverse back throu school crossings. Right in between the two bells. Nightmare. </p> <p>So, started the school year as I mean to go on with a letter to the parent council and head teacher asking them to consider asking concil to close road in front of school at start/finish times. This is something the council is actually doing - although I have yet to prise the details of which schools and how to actually request it out of them.
