http://www.beattheborders.co.uk/route-map/

I'm due to be marshalling at it, but my lift has fallen through due to a bike rack issue. My space in the car is now a bike's space and I need to be in Roxburgh for 8-ish

If you are doing the ride, have space in your car for me and bike, and are driving down tomorrow morning: can I beg a lift, pretty pretty please?

I've got a Plan B lift, but it can't get me there for that time(it's going to the start/finish point) and I'm only taking it on the offchance I can make myself useful at the event in some other capacity. If I had a bike to transport myself to other stages, I suspect I would be much more likely to find a niche. Sadly the Plan B lift has no rackage or internal room for a full size velo.

Thus if there's not a straight lift available, I require a folder, preferably Brompton, but if not anything similarly foldy with a car-interior-friendly carrier will do.

Help?

If I could nip over to yours, ditch my overly large and inflexible device there and swap for your clever wee one, I would be in your debt. By all means ride mine in the meantime, choosing from ratty daily steel fixie; stiff little alu fixie; oldschool MTB; Croix de Fer.
