Started with the easiest run out to East Fortune ever. The morning's wind was silly strong and if I hadn't been on the stiff little fixer I suspect I could have turned the pedals once every never and still got there in good time.</p> <p>Before the punters arrived, I was persuaded by Hannah of Bike Works to keep almost falling off a recumbent until I actually got the knack.
