So there are countless anomalies. Enforcement higher in west, when done for speeding etc also more likely to be uninsured or driving whilst disqualified???? Edinburgh which includes Craigmillar and Niddrie, and parts of W. Edinburgh do not fare too well either, perhaps because of Sighthill, W.
