I've lost friends to car accidents and have left flowers by the scene/roadside, but some grow to become large gravesites, with a makeshift headstone and gravel marking etc... This is where I think it gos too far, if we erected a memorial everywhere where someone died they'd be on every corner!</p> <p>Not saying we shouldn't erect memorials but somewhere sensible, like cemetery's and the like.
