As women carry their "stuff" in handbags, men are destined to carry their "junk" in pockets. Suits were good for this but they are very limited in scope compared to the variety of clothing available to women.</p> <p>I do have a few cargo skirts (khaki and beige) and some denim ones with pockets front and back which just about carries all I need. (phone, wellet, loose chang, keys etc). I also have 3 kilts - one tartan (no pockets and needs the sporran) and two Utilitikilts (one black and the other beige) both of which have good deep side pockets.</p> <p>This particular one being marketed, seems to be targeted to men but is being sold for both sexes. My previous employment folded necessitating a change of employment.</p> <p>Since the last time, I am still wearing skirts :-) but have not had much opportunity for cycling :-( </p> <p>It seems that there are (gradually) getting a few more skirted men out there - and I have met a number of them too. One meeting in Edinburgh had 4 skirted men (and the wife of one of them) and we had a great time just chetting.</p> <p>There is also a new company in America who are striving to get a new "Unisex" skirt on the market - see link below. I quite often wear one myself. I commute Stirling--&gt;Haymarket daily followed by a trot into work. Like you I have found that no one gives a monkeys, its just clothes after all.
