They are up near work so I tend to use them &amp; Leith Cycle company (nearest home). Once when I was missing a tiny vital part of my break lever I took it to Evans who didn't know what to do &amp; basically told me to go away. Went along to Freewheelin who didn't really know what to do either but told me to leave it with them &amp; they'd figure something out. They did, it was as good as new the next day.
