Surely they had to plan where they were going to put it, and this position was decided a while before it went in? And now we have a cycle lane with telephone junction boxes in the middle of it opposite Macro...</p> <p>Had I not complained to CEC almost two years ago, there'd be a lamppost in the middle of the cycle lane heading down to the underpass at Ed Park Station too.
