There are no pedals, the brakes are stuck on, and the bullhorn bars are unpadded (i.e. bare metal from stem to bar end). It has a vaguely dodgy radial-spoked front wheel and 3-cross rear on mavic rims, and the brake cables are held on by zip ties.</p> <p>It's really quite distinctive (and of little use to anyone not willing to put a bit of time and money into it) so I suspect it is either in a skip, dumped somewhere or it may turn up in the fullness of time on eBay/gumtree what have you.</p> <p>Any help, naturally, much appreciated! </p>
