The end result was that the bike was set up exactly the same as my commuting road bike with the exception of the handlebars being too low, but they themselves pointed out that was a matter of personal preference, so I recently moved all the spacers below the stem.</p> <p>I certainly found it helpful, they measured lots of bits of me that I hadn't expected would be relevant. Whether I'd have done it if I had paid for it (it was free for me since I was getting the bike through them), is doubtful, though. Is it helpful? The website seems very road bike orientated... would they still be able to do drawings for a crusty old commuter you reckon? </p>
