Roads closed on 25th and 26th, then 1st and the 2nd. NOT the High Road.</p> <p>Same line of "We want to encourage people to use the park in a safer, traffic-free environment and have fun over the festive period," which again to me reads as, "We know the park isn't safe for people normally but we're going to do nothing about the traffic then anyway, so nerr" </p>
