<description>&#60;p&#62;I'd love some music to accompany my ride but wouldn't ever go down the hedphones route cos that's just daft, so I settle for humming it in my head. Something nice, 70s and German with a motorik to it beat helps keep the pace up.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It's surprising how many blokes I see in the changing rooms at work tucking their headphones and ipods into their lycra. Never an MP3 playing device that's not made by &#34;some fruit company&#34;, however.
