<description>&#60;p&#62;....although &#34;exchanging&#34; in the title is a misnomer. All very well to do this sort of project, but why are the bus drivers and HGV drivers not on bikes? It's basically saying that it is the job of the cyclist to understand other traffic and they are solely responsible for their own safety. &#60;/p&#62;
