IIRC, it offered 10 different concerns about cycling in your area and asked you to select three; you could add an "other" as well. Then you did similar for what changes could be made locally to improve cycling. It's not very competently set up. A key question is to rate the relative importance of various subjects that might be taught within cycle training - one of the options is "cyclist awareness"; that presumably means teaching cyclists awareness (of what?) or does it mean teaching non-cyclists awareness of cyclists? There were other poorly worded questions, which I can't remember now - and no way provided to raise questions of this sort or seek clarification.
