Of 60 incidents only one seemed to involve a car. I made the usual point that cycling itself isn't a dangerous activity, it's the interaction with motor vehicles that is the problem.</p> <p>That got me wondering, are there any statistics for bike "incidents" where no vehicle was involved? I'm particularly interested in everyday cycling, not mountain biking or road racing. </p>
