One thing it said was that if you got a lot of "fly parked" bikes (i.e. locked to anything around, e.g. railings) that was a good indication of a need for more bike parking. I don't think this just applies to railway stations... but I can't think of anywhere else round there where I often see bikes parked.</p> <p>EDIT: actually, down by Taste Good on the Slateford Road.
