But the car driver knows that the cyclist is 'trapped' between the pavement and the tram tracks at Haymarket! Kind of large things that travel on pre-ordained routes. </p> <p>Will I still be able to use the eastbound tram track to turn up Torphicen St from West Maitland St? Don't think it's any more dangerous than Haymarket Yards?</p> <p>EDIT: The driving video aslo shows Haymarket Yards and gets in a safety plug for drivers giving space while overtaking cyclists....<br /> Shows off the narrow strip that means that any tram will have to stay behind a bike and vice versa there. Trams can't move out to go by on the narrow strip alloted to bikes users.
