Some non-members get the mailing too, but without extra goodies. On the website it states member living in Lothians can join for free but those outside Lothians can join for a minimum of £5. Does this mean Spokes gets some contribution from Lothians councils? I do receive Spokes stuff, but its so infrequent that I don't know if I am a member of just on some mailing list? I don't wnat to join again if I am already a member.
