Not intentionally, but just obliviously. I probably used to do the same things before I thought about it. Without doubt, <em>nobody</em> should be turning without making sure the way is clear, but I can't really make out if and when the car indicates. It looked like the SAAB didn't check the bike lane before it turned left.
