No licence plates.</p> <p>I stopped a bit further along (out of their sight) and called 101 to report it. It took a loooong time to get the person on the other end of the phone to understand the location I was referring to - they were obviously looking at Google Maps or something equally useless for pinpointing incidents that aren't taking place on a public road :(</p> <p>I like to think that the patrol car I saw passing beneath me as I crossed the bridge over the Lanark Road was actually responding to my call.
