The plan was to leave the nelson at home for short rides and stuff my jacket, tools and phone back there. </p> <p>I occurred to me though that if I put my tools in the same small bag as my phone without a jacket to dampen them I'll probably not have a phone at the end. </p> <p>I have an idea to modify an internal pocket on the bag and put my phone in a padded case, any other ideas? Will sewing through the side of bag effect the waterproofing? </p>
