<description>&#60;p&#62;Whilst you can't report someone for riding a bike, the teenager I saw today riding a black and red S-Works on the Innocent path definitely looked suspicious.  Was near the basketball court riding on the road that crosses the Innocent just under the bridge.  Blue shell suit and trainers - which was odd since it had road clip less pedals on the bike.  Must have been about 16/17, slim build and short light brown hair.
