I hadn't but said it was probably not helpful to civil debate...</p> <p>His answer was that he wouldn't cycle in a city as it's just too dangerous anyway. Based on people swapping places, but the idea of introducing facts or reasoned discussion is not the point of this sort of drivel... incredibly frustrating - didn't watch much of it..... you think the road tax thing has been successfully debunked and there it is again </p>
