At a population level it seems we should be able to equate ppm of particulates to a single overtake in terms of risk, but as an individual it's pretty hard to know.</p> <p>I've been wondering if insurers are offering a discount if fleet vehicles are fitted with these stickers. From an actuarial perspective it might reduce their risk exposure, regardless of whether or not it's morally right? </p>
