Not all accidents have to be reported to the Police. Not all of those that should be are reported. Some that are reported to the Police are mistakenly recorded by the police. The Police may not realise that a particular path is a road, and not pass the details on to the council or government. I believe someone posted a link to a map a few months back showing each accident and the recorded details and location. Can anyone remember where this is located?</p> <p>Thanks </p>
