We got quite wet.<br /> Glasgow Green Cycling club had set up a big screen on the side there, which was great as it meant we had some idea what was going on. (I think it was intended primarily for members as eventually it was quite hard to see it from the road because of all the people stood in front of it. We could hear the commentary, anyway, and that made a huge difference over having no idea what was going on at all.) Just as wet as ever. Rottenrow climb also felt very weird. Would have been great circuit to watch the race from had it not been so wet. Thomas very calm he must have known he had them beaten but if they had seen him it might have been differnt. Too much of a traipse with a kid in tow. Luckily very good coverage, much better than the Olympic road races. Women's road race just finished, great fun to watch. They were treated to a proper Glasgow soaking near the end too.</p> <p>Well done the medallists, but also Scotland's Katie Archibald who hung in there in the leader group.
