Has anyone cycled down to Troon before who has tips or suggestions?</p> <p>Thanks for any advice - this will be my longest ride in years! Once I get to belfast I've got about 200 miles ahead of me, so despite the lack of fitness I'm looking forward to it!</p> <p>TC </p>
