&#60;p&#62;Sounds like he's trying to cover an over reaction. If I phone up to say I have a small quantity of mercury which needs disposed of will they come and collect my old light bulds?

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'll be impressed when they close a street due to the vehicles actually filling the air with the highly dangerous toxic chemicals carbon monoxide and nitrogen tetroxide. The risk of that versus a jar of KCN are frankly not in the same league.

&#60;p&#62;Emergency services closed off Palmerston Place today after a woman found dangerous chemicals in a basement.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Fire officers said she had discovered a jar of potassium cyanide, which is a highly dangerous toxic chemical, however it was thought the material had been there for around fifty years.&#60;/p&#62;
