Use the toll road (free ?), use the closed road ? There is also a former railway track converted to a mixed use path.</p> <p>Presumably the road will be removed later. Wonder how many vehicles a day they need to make a profit ? They must have staff costs as well. </p> <p>No barriers. How can they enforce the toll ? </p>
