He knows his stuff, having spannered bikes in various interesting places over the years. Therefore, who is the best bicycle wheel builder to go to if I want a new wheel built?</p> <p>I am not interested in building a wheel myself at this moment in time. From speaking to people who have built a wheel (or 4), it certainly appears to be a skill that takes a long time to master. I have not the time for it right now! </p>
