<description>&#60;p&#62;Someone lost a mini panier style saddlebag on the cycle path by the A8 Eastbound this morning (found about ~7.45) , between Hallyards road and the bus stop heading towards Ingliston.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Left it on the fence with rear light flashing in case they came back for it. Was with another cyclist and had a little debate about whether it was better to bring it to a safe place (e.g. Gogar reception) or leave it in case the owner came back  for it.  We decided to leave it.  Was that the right thing to do?
