I'd like to say thank you to all the other cyclists and pedestrians, dog walkers etc who said hello or just smiled back - seriously, those two chihuahuas were SO CUTE! - as I bowled along, surfing on endorphins. Even the few motorists I encountered were paragons of patience.</p> <p>It was really, really lovely. </p>
