First CEC finds the money to resurface (really quite nicely) Churchhill, and now it's been sending out the emergency pothole fillers to Morningside Road. The same road chdot and I travel so frequently and which is worse than George Street is now sporting a whole load of big black patches of sort-of-tarmac, which at least has made the 30mph freewheel a little more comfortable.
