Here is one for them, a suitably fuzzy photo of that shy and elusive creature, the Greater Spotted Rock Anth.

Okay, after several attempts to get the picture to show at a size that doesn't destroy the screen, I will just link to it.

@Min can you link to the bigger/scarier versions?

There's a website that some squirrels run. It's pictures of people in Hawaian shirts around Edinburgh up trees and perching on rocks.

Hehe, you did look quite funny perched on that rock like a...big white thing perched on a rock. :-)

Hah! I'm even outerer than a cyclist normally is...

This morning I left early to go and sit and try and get some photos of wildlife for my website. Perched atop a huge rock by the side of the Innocent (just out the bottom of the tunnel), today felt like a Hawaiin shirt commute kinda day. Sitting looking like I'm waiting to catch some waves, with a gert big camera in my hand staring at a seemingly scrubby bank opposite... The number of truly quizzical looks I got was brilliant.

Mind you, a chap I used to play football with years back cycled by, stopped when he realised it was me, and turns out one of the things he likes about cycling the Innocent is all the wildlife so he's got the website address. And then the delightful Min sauntered by.

Good morning all in all.
