A bit like Saddam's WMD. </p> <p>If memory serves, I think they were trying but a long way off success by the end of the war. It just turns into sleep. But that's just as good.</p> <p>I read a nice book once that told the same stories in different ways using different concepts of the relationship between space and time. <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Einstein's_Dreams">Einstein's Dreams</a>. That was Oppenheimer and his team, wasn't it? Do you meditate or do yoga or Pilates or Alexander technique? You don't hold Einstein responsible for Manhattan project?</p> <p>Basically when meditating your mind wanders which is alright. You just notice this and bring yourself back to your breathing or however you do meditation, or yoga, Pilates, Alexander technique.</p> <p>My best ever go at meditating was using a little prayer stool to kneel which was just three bits of wood, no padding and a new fluffy ikea blanket to rest me knees on. My anchor to bring me back to the breathing was my thigh muscles being stretched. However the prevalent image of Einstein on a bicycle printed throughout the slim volume might do the trick.</p> <p>If all of this is giving you the boak, do not purchase. On the other hand if you are interested in meditation it is Ok, dependent on price.
