<description>&#60;p&#62;An alternative is a smartphone app such as Cleartune.  It is designed for tuning musical instruments but will give you the frequency of any sound that you play to it.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Pick (pluck) a spoke that has the tension that you want and read off its frequency then adjust the rest to the same frequency.
