Mine from Amazon came with an EU plug for some reason, but Phillips were pretty good at replacing it.</p> <p>As a guide, I cycle half an hour each way Monday and Tuesday for a total of two hours on full Beam, then charge midweek for another two days use. This tends to do the job. The only option I have found so far that actually work reliably are Sanyo Eneloop 2450 - as I understand it, the 2450 is the guaranteed minimum, whereas in most circumstances the rating is the average or target capacity.
