<description>&#60;p&#62;It would work up until some git parked their car next to it, or worse still stopped and waited in the car blocking the ride up but sitting in their veh while they block the lift.... Plus it would mean removing parking from one side. or worse moving it out meaning peds would block it with refuse... Nah can't see it.
