<description>&#60;p&#62;A really weird experience today, almost like a horror/sci-fi movie where people are behaving almost too well:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;east end of the Innocent, 6-8 dog walkers *all* with dogs on short leashes.  I usually do not see quite so many and they nearly always have the dogs off the lead. As I say, really weird.
