Sorry everyone! They just toppled like dominoes. So many bikes packed in on those poor triangular-shaped racks. To make amends, I wrote to Waitrose (website customer service contact form), got following reply:</p> <p>"I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the bicycle racks at our Morningside store.</p> <p>I've spoken to the branch about this and they tell me that isn't an issue frequently raised, but they'll monitor the situation going forward. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to speak to the duty manager when you're next in the store.</p> <p>Thanks again for taking the time to write to us. If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know." </p>
