I'm tempted to try to pull together a briefing for MSPs, largely comprising sticks with which the Government can be beaten. Just to encourage them to commit some of their Barnet consequentials on active travel. </p> <p>Tactically, it would make sense to focus on areas </p> <p>* where the Scottish Government has powers to act<br /> * that fit with their agenda - social justice, public health (physical activity, obesity, mental health)<br /> * savings, preventative spending.</p> <p>Any contributions welcome.
