<description>&#60;p&#62;Yep. Flytipping next to the bin is the way round here also. Actually works quite well as an informal recycliing system: anything half usable does not sit out there for very long before an eagle yed person makes away with it!

<description>&#60;p&#62;Amazed it made it &#60;em&#62;into&#60;/em&#62; the bin, preferred disposal method round our way of such &#34;waste&#34; items is to simply place them next to the bin. Or just in the middle of the pavement.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@chdot - it was unrideable and looks like it had been for some time. The stairwells are full of unloved bikes, but to be so lazy and wasteful as to just throw is away in a bin is pretty pathetic but sadly consistent with other behaviour concerning recycling and bins etc...
