Asked him what he was doing. He was surveying the park for fallen trees, asked why he couldn't park the van and walk, said he had 26 parks to cover. Got grounded on camber when crossing MMW, entering from George Sq. Backed up into George Sq after he realised he would lose his front air dam if he continued.
