I can't blame SMPS for taking advantage of an opportunity for PR, but it doesn't actually <em>mean</em> anything.</p> <p>I imagine the Tatler research went something like this:<br /> "Good morning Hermione, it's Charlie Bufton-Tufton from Tatler here. You live in Edinburgh don't you?
