The second new school is very nice but not stowed with pupils.</p> <p>How can all this be? Well I think they received various bequests over the years and of course we pay for it as Donaldsons is a grant maintained school (I.e. Given money by Scottish Govt).</p> <p>Back to the new flats, what is the point of the walls?
