Cycling infra cash has never (to our knowledge) included bus shelters.</p> <p>There is one exception, which was basically an error by Govt Finance Cab secretary John Swinney MSP when he told Parliament that £10m was for cycling &amp; walking infra when in fact it had already been announced months before that £5m of that was for 'Smarter Choices'.
