However I did actually pass about a dozen other bikes.<br /> Of these;<li>3 had front and rear lights</li><li>2 had rear lights only</li><li>none of the lights looked like the batteries had been replaced in them since last winter</li><li>the other 7-odd bikes had no lights at all</li><li>noone was wearing anything hi viz or reflective</li></p> <p>I have resolved to buy more and brighter flashy things.
