As Frenchy says there shouldn't be much damage under them and as there's no vehicle traffic going over that piece of tarmac so they shouldn't deteriorate much further. </p> <p>AFAIK these hangers are now permanent, having been added under a TRO, so it'd only be an issue if they were all removed and the space returned to being parking. It's very possible that potholes were present and not fixed before a hangar was installed.
