Ok, it does say 'yes' and 'no' faintly above the two ticks, but it isn't as clear as it could be.</p> <p>I have responded to STV on Facebook saying that 'No, hundreds didn't vote against the presumed liability petition; in fact, they voted against the misleadingly framed question of your poll which asked "Should drivers be liable for all accidents with cyclists?"'</p> <p>The discussion which resulted from the original post about the poll on Sunday morning was quite depressing. </p>
