<description>&#60;p&#62;Hmm, I'm not sure I'd agree with LB on this one.  BHI is an awful place to get to on a bike, as I realised earlier this year.  The roads in and around the NEC are fun, but there are few non-dual carriageway options.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The city centre though is quite like Sheffield and Glasgow in its tightly knit granite setts and marble seats and blue pavement lights and airy concourses, and not bad at all.
